Anchor Homes has a series of design plans that are coastal inspired and beautiful, no matter where they’re built. These multi-level homes, typically with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and porches and balconies galore, are ideal for a setting like Peninsula, where many of the lots have water access.
The company is the lovechild of Larry Lippincott, who has been involved in various aspects of the home construction industry throughout his career. He has a degree in Business Administration, a CPA designation, and more than 44 years serving in executive positions for national and regional home building companies, dedicated to expanding his knowledge of construction and building practices, while also fueling his desire to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families via building exceptional new homes and communities.
Now with Anchor Homes, all of his years of experience and hard work have come together in a company that has a mission of achieving unsurpassed customer satisfaction in each custom and semi-custom home they build. To achieve this, they genuinely focus on the goals of the home buyer.
